I believe that our physical activity plays an important role in our overall wellbeing, including our mental health. My personal approach includes a focus on using the power of exercise and nutrition, specifically gut health, to help improve mental health issues. 

You should ALWAYS consult a health professional first about any mental health concerns that you may have, and I am happy work alongside your GP to complement a treatment plan or medications that may already be in place.
